Dulice Martin, 1971-1972

Dulice Harley Martin has the distinction of being the first female president of KASBO.  A native of South Carolina, she graduated from Winthrop College in 1941.  She retired as the director of Business Affairs for the McCracken County Board of Education and was a former teacher at Heath High School.  She was a director of KASA and a recipient of the KASA Leadership Award.  She was a member of numerous state and national committees, First Baptist Church of Paducah, the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association, and the American Contract Bridge League.
