Charles Hart, 1968-1969

Charles W. Hart was a native of Bardstown.  He attended EKU and majored in agriculture.  He played football and was a member of Sigma Tau Pi and the Horace Mann Literary Society.  He received a bachelor of science degree in 1930 from EKU and a master’s degree from UK in 1949.  In 1954, he served as superintendent of Franklin County Schools until he was hired by the Louisville City Schools in 1960 as an assistant superintendent of Business Affairs.
