Congratulations to Deborah Frazier, Assistant Superintendent of Finance Madison County Board of Education a winner of the ASBO International 2011 Pinnacle Award of Achievement. The Pinnacle Award recognizes the outstanding practices and new ideas that result in significant contributions to school entities or the profession of school business management.
